At the end of 2016, Brenda returned to Memphis to take care of her widow mother and continue her ministries. In 2017, Brenda became a member of the National Association of Professional Women. Being led by the Holy Spirit, she found a local church home at New Direction Christian Church under the leadership of Apostle Dr. Stacy L. Spencer.
